The Ukraine Solidarity Campaign Scotland mobilises in support of Ukraine’s struggle for independence against the Russian invasion.
We are the only organisation in Scotland focused on building solidarity with Ukraine among trade unionists, activists and socialists, and in political parties and social movements.
Founded in the wake of the Russian invasion in 2022, we work closely with the Ukrainian trade union, left and green movements to defend social and environmental conditions in Ukraine.
International Solidarity Convoy to Ukraine
By the end of 2026 and the beginning of 2027, the Ukrainian people will once again face, for the fifth time, the terrible prospect of another winter at war. Ukrainian civilians are currently defenceless against Russia’s illegal ballistic missiles.
In November Ukraine supporters are organising a convoy starting from three starting points: Barcelona, Oslo and Edinburgh, meeting up and going through Germany and Poland to Ukraine together.
Supported by Scottish trade union branches and progressive political party members, we are playing our part, by aiming to bring an ambulance and medical equipment to meet Ukrainian trade unions’ and social movements’ urgent needs.
